the shapes flow nicely together. from the shape of the stair well to the matching shapes to teh render. i like that alot
i think the renders simplicity is what brings it down just a hair. i liek the shapes you ahve going. but i think if you had some smaller shapes in teh center it would benefit the feelt of it as a whole.
